1. Who owns it

Everything on this website, including Nighty Design and the Nighty plugin for Roblox Studio (their code, designs, texts, logos and pictures), belongs to NightyCode. All rights reserved. Apart from the Nighty Blender addon (section 5), it is not open source.

2. What you may do

Use this website and what it offers (the tools, Nighty Design and the UI resources) on the website itself, the way it offers them. Download the Nighty plugin from this website and use it in Roblox Studio for your own games and projects. What you make with them is yours: your designs, pictures, code exports and the UI you make can go in free and paid games alike.

3. What you may not do

Unless I allow it in writing: copy, host or publish this website’s code or any part of it, or use it in another website, app, plugin or service; sell, rent or give away Nighty Design, the Nighty plugin or a changed copy of either; re-upload or share the Nighty plugin, changed or not; or use this website’s design, texts, logos or pictures for something else. This applies to the code on GitHub too.

4. Other people’s work

Some parts belong to others and keep their own licenses: the fonts (SIL Open Font License, Apache License 2.0, Ubuntu Font Licence), the Twemoji emoji in Nighty Design (Copyright 2020 Twitter, Inc and other contributors, CC BY 4.0), icon shapes drawn after Lucide and Feather (ISC, MIT), the Background Remover’s model (MIT) and its sample photo (CC0). Each UI resource says how you can use it.

5. The Nighty Blender addon

The Nighty Blender addon for Blender is free software: you may use, share and change it under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later), because it runs inside Blender, whose own license asks for this. The addon’s zip is its source. Nighty Blender MCP, the program that connects your AI app to the addon, stays under this license.
