What information this website and my games use, and why.

1. Who I am
This website is run by NightyCode. For anything about this policy or your information, email nightkilleryt0001@gmail.com.
2. Visiting this website
You do not need an account to use this website, and it sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. Fonts and site images are served by this website itself. Game thumbnails and icons load from Roblox’s image servers (rbxcdn.com), and game statistics come from Roblox’s public services. The cursor you pick in Nighty Design (and a cursor picture of your own) stays in your browser and is never sent to this website.
3. My games on Roblox
My games run on Roblox, so Roblox’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to them as well. The games save your progress, purchases and settings, linked to your Roblox user ID. Moderation records, such as bans and warnings, and logs of staff actions can include your Roblox user ID and username. Data-deletion requests that Roblox sends to my games are honoured.
4. Nighty Design
Nighty Design, the UI designer at /tools/ui-designer, runs entirely in your browser. Your designs, images, versions, libraries, plugins and settings are saved only on your device: in your browser’s storage for this site, and in project files you choose to save, link or send yourself. They are never sent to this website or to anyone else; the designer has no accounts, no tracking and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. Plugins you add from a file run closed off from the internet and from the rest of your data. If you turn on Connect AI (MCP), the designer talks only to the Nighty MCP program you run on your own computer (at 127.0.0.1), so an AI app you use there can read and change the project open in that tab; this stays on your computer, nothing of it is sent to this website, and the pairing ends when you turn it off or close the browser. So that it also works offline, your browser keeps a copy of the designer’s own files (never your projects). This storage is strictly necessary for the tool you asked to use, so no consent banner is needed. Only if you use the Nighty plugin for Roblox Studio are your images uploaded to Roblox, from Roblox Studio and under your own Roblox account. The plugin also reads one small public file from this website once a day, when its window opens, to see whether a newer version is out; nothing about you or your designs is sent with it, and you can turn it off in the plugin’s settings. Only if you choose to show the Roblox pictures and fonts of UI you bring in from Roblox Studio are their picture ids and font ids sent to this website, which asks Roblox for them; the pictures come from Roblox’s image servers (or through this website when your browser can’t reach them), and the fonts from this website, which gets each public font from Roblox once and keeps it (nothing about you is kept with it). Both are kept only on your device. To delete everything the designer stored, choose File → Delete all designer data in the designer, or clear this site’s data in your browser’s settings. Project files you saved stay where you saved them.
5. Nighty Blender
Nighty Blender lets an AI app you use (like Claude Code or Codex) build models in your own Blender. The AI app starts Nighty Blender MCP, a small program on your computer, and the Nighty Blender addon in Blender connects to it at 127.0.0.1 after you type the pairing code in Blender. Your models, files and what the AI does stay on your computer; nothing of it is sent to this website. The pairing ends when you turn Connect AI off or close Blender. Your AI app downloads the program and the addon from this website when it sets them up or updates them, like any download, and the program reads one small public file from this website at most twice a day to see whether a newer version is out; nothing about you or your models is sent with it. What you and the AI write in the AI app goes to that app’s company, under its own privacy policy. If you choose to install local AI models for making meshes, they come from their own sites (such as Hugging Face) only after you agree, and run on your computer. Only if you turn on a 3D service with your own key (Tripo, Meshy or Rodin, off unless you switch it on) are your prompt or picture sent to that company, under its own terms; the key stays on your computer and goes only to that service.
6. Children
Many people who play Roblox games are children. This website does not ask visitors for personal information, and the games only use information inside Roblox as described above.
7. How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or until a valid deletion request is processed.
8. Your choices
To ask about your information or to request its deletion, email nightkilleryt0001@gmail.com. For data inside a Roblox game, you can also use Roblox’s own privacy settings and support.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change over time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
