Information about how payments, purchases or donations are treated when they are made through my projects.
1. Digital Items
Any items, passes or benefits connected to my projects are digital. Once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged for real money or other compensation.
2. All Sales Final
Unless clearly stated otherwise for a specific product or event, all purchases and donations are final and non-refundable.
3. Platform Rules
Some payments are handled through platforms like Roblox or third-party storefronts. Their own refund rules apply and may limit what is possible in any situation.
4. Unauthorized Use
If a payment was made without your permission, you should contact the payment provider or platform support directly. I cannot guarantee manual refunds for unauthorized transactions.
