Resize & Compress

Resize, crop to Roblox sizes and shrink images to PNG, JPG or WebP.

Drop your images here or paste with Ctrl V. PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, BMP or AVIF, as many as you like. Choose images

Nothing gets uploaded. Your images are resized right here in your browser, and their hidden location data is left out.

How it works

  1. Add your images

Drop, paste or pick one image or a whole folder of them.

  2. Pick a size

Tap a Roblox preset like Game icon or Thumbnail, or type any size in pixels or percent.

  3. Choose format and quality

PNG keeps every detail and transparency, JPG and WebP make much smaller files. The new file size updates live.

  4. Download

Save one image, or all of them in one ZIP.

Questions

What sizes does Roblox want?
Game icons are 512 × 512. Game thumbnails are 16:9, ideally 1920 × 1080 and under 3 MB. Badges, passes and developer products are 512 × 512 and shown as a circle. Group icons show at up to 420 × 420, and decals bigger than 1024 px get scaled down when you upload them.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your device. The images never reach my website or anyone else.
Which format should I pick?
PNG for icons, logos and anything see-through. JPG or WebP for photos and thumbnails: they look almost the same at quality 80 to 90 and are many times smaller. Roblox accepts PNG and JPG everywhere.
What does "Crop" do with a different shape?
It fills the whole new size and cuts off what does not fit. Drag the preview to choose which part stays. "Fit inside" keeps the whole image, "Add edges" fills the gaps with a color or transparency, and "Stretch" squeezes it.
Why do my phone photos come out the right way up?
Phones store a hidden "turn me" note in photos. I read it and turn the picture before resizing, and the location and camera data stay out of the new file.
