Roblox shrinks uploaded images to 1024 px at most. Game thumbnails are 1920 × 1080 and game icons 512 × 512.

Drop it here, paste it with Ctrl+V, or pick one. It never leaves your device.
How it works
Choose what the dots follow
A round fade, a straight fade, or your own image. Drop or paste an image right onto the preview.
Shape the dots
Circles, squares, diamonds or wavy lines. Set how many dots go across, the grid angle and the dot sizes.
Color and download
Pick the dot and background colors (or see-through) and save a PNG or an SVG.
Copy link saves your settings in a link. Your image is not part of the link.
Questions
Is my image uploaded?
No. Your image is turned into dots right in your browser. It never leaves your device and is not saved anywhere.
What is a halftone?
Dots of different sizes that make shading, like in comics and old printed posters. Big dots look dark, small dots look light.
How do I get the classic comic look?
Try the Comic look: dark circles on yellow at a 45° grid angle. With your own image, raise the contrast a little so the dots pop.
Why does the SVG say there are too many dots?
A very fine grid makes an SVG with tens of thousands of shapes, which is too big to be useful. Lower Dots across, or download the PNG.
Can I use the patterns in my Roblox game?
Yes. Everything you make here is yours to use for free. A see-through PNG works great as an overlay on buttons and frames.
