How do I use it in Roblox?
Upload the PNG in the Creator Dashboard or the Asset Manager in Studio, then put its image ID in an ImageLabel. For a spinning shine behind a reward, download it see-through and turn the ImageLabel’s Rotation with TweenService.
Which size should I pick?
Roblox shrinks uploaded images to 1024 × 1024 at most, so Square is plenty for UI. Use Thumbnail (1920 × 1080) for game thumbnails and Game icon (512 × 512) for icons.
